We're always looking for the silver linings of this year. One of those has been having a moment to pause from our regular production cycles to explore the possibilities of new ingredients. Playing with the balance of flavours is something Rebecca has always excelled at and this collection introduces combinations of bright and rich notes that don't overshadow how delicious the chocolate is.

Raspberry Cardamom – White chocolate sweetened with raspberry pieces and infused with the delicate notes of cardamom.

Lemongrass Coconut – The citrus flavour notes of the 64% dark chocolate are enhanced with the lemon-floral flavour of lemongrass, while the pieces of toasted coconut give this bar a subtle texture and burst of flavour.
Chili Pumpkin – A delicate blend of flavours set to savour the season! 65% dark chocolate is infused with chili to bring out the earthy yet sweet notes of pumpkin.
Apple Crisp – A sweet delight! Apple infused caramelized white chocolate surrounds pieces of gluten-free oat crumbles to perfectly capture the fresh out of the oven flavour of a classic fall dessert.
Kimchi & Rice – 49% dark milk chocolate is kicked up with the infusion of kimchi and an added crunch of puffed rice.
Blood Orange Sea Salt – Sweet and tart blood orange pieces are surrounded by a lightly salted dark chocolate creating the perfect indulgence for a cozy night in.
