Lemon Espresso* – Bold espresso beans blend with the tart burst of lemon in creamy white chocolate to bring a refreshing take on coffee and chocolate. Beans courtesy of Calgary Heritage Roasting Co. Canadian: 2017 Silver
Ice Cream Sundae – White chocolate surrounds pieces of Strawberry and dark chocolate complete with the perfect ice cream cone crunch (gluten-free of course).
Turmeric Latte – Smooth white chocolate is complemented by turmeric blended with cinnamon and ginger.
Caramel Toasted Coconut – It’s back! Perfectly toasted coconut is wrapped in caramelized milk chocolate.
Strawberry Basil – summertime classic makes its return! Milk chocolate blends beautifully with strawberries and pieces of candied basil. Canadian: 2016 & 2014 Bronze

Macadamia Sea Salt - A touch of sea salt brings out the caramel notes from the 49% dark milk chocolate, complementing the buttery crunch of Macadamia nuts.
Honey Rosemary - 49% dark milk chocolate with clover honey and subtle hints of fresh rosemary. Canadian: 2017 Silver, 2013 - 2016 Gold, World: 2016 Gold, 2015 Silver, 2014 Gold
Violet – Our signature bar. Candied violets enrobed in 64% dark chocolate from Madagascar.
Spicy Hibiscus* – CAUTION! Things are about to heat up… Back by popular request the 64% dark chocolate surrounds candied hibiscus with an added kick thanks to habanero peppers. Canadian: 2015 Silver, 2014 Gold
Banana Cocoa Nib - Banana chips and cocoa nibs give this 65% Venezuelan dark chocolate the ideal crunch.
Orange Thyme – The gentle savoury flavour of thyme blends with the sweet burst of orange in an indulgent 72% dark chocolate.
Almond Butter & Jam - Our twist on a classic picnic sandwich. Smooth and buttery Almond chocolate blended with strawberries. This chocolate is vegan and dairy-free.
Salted Caramel Pretzel – A sweet and salty favourite is back! Gluten-free pretzels wrapped in caramelized chocolate. Is there anything better?
London Fog* – Earl Grey tea enhanced with delicate notes of citrus and vanilla in milk chocolate. Canadian: 2016 Bronze
Lemon Blueberry Hemp – Sweet blueberries and the nutty crunch of hemp seeds are brought together by a lemon infused 64% dark chocolate. This chocolate is vegan and dairy-free.
