The 2018 Fall & Winter Collection is ready to get cozy! Fall favourites are back, new flavours are ready to debut, and a few past features are making a triumphant return. Delicate florals, exotic spices, and comforting classics inspired the collection and we're sure that it will make winter a little easier to get through.

The 36g Collection:

Raspberry Cardamom – White chocolate sweetened with raspberry pieces and infused with the delicate notes of cardamom.

Carrot Cake – Carrots, nutmeg, and cloves all infuse this milk chocolate making it irresistible. Canadian: 2014 Silver

Violet Chocolate Co. award-winning Carrot Cake 36g milk chocolate bar part of the 2018 Fall and Winter Collection and winner of multiple International Chocolate Award'sHazelnut Pecan – Hazelnut milk chocolate covers candied pecan pieces to make a delightful winter favourite.

Violet – Our signature bar. Candied violets enrobed in 64% dark chocolate from Madagascar.

Cinnamon Chili – 65% dark chocolate to keep you warm! Comforting notes of cinnamon are spiced up with a touch of chili peppers.

Maple Caramel – 72% dark chocolate adds the perfect balance to the sweet maple caramel.
